Circle Jerks & Municipal Waste

Circle Jerks and Municipal Waste share the bill with Negative Approach. Circle Jerks emerged from LA’s South Bay in 1979 after vocalist Keith Morris, fresh from co-founding Black Flag during the Nervous Breakdown era, teamed up with guitarist Greg Hetson alongside Roger Rogerson and drummer Lucky Lehrer. Their music combined tightly driven rhythms with biting, pointed lyrics, securing a leading place in American hardcore. They later headlined major Los Angeles shows and appeared in cult staples like Decline of Western Civilization, Repo Man, New Wave Theatre, and The Slog Movie. The band’s six studio albums include Group Sex, Wild in the Streets, Golden Shower of Hits, Wonderful, and IV, and they became a main draw during the alternative surge of the 80s and 90s. Between breaks, Morris performed with OFF! and FLAG, and Hetson played in Bad Religion. The current lineup features Morris and Hetson with longtime bassist Zander Schloss and drummer Joey Castillo. honestav

Since Entertainment presents The Sweet American Boy Tour featuring honestav at The NorVA. This all ages show spotlights Av Freeman’s raw, vulnerable songwriting and a sound that blends folk textures with hip hop rhythms. His music leans into hard truths, touching on partying and addiction, self doubt and suicide, the weight of holding feelings in and the effort it takes to open up. Propelled by the breakout single "I’d Rather Overdose," which reached multiple Billboard charts and amassed tens of millions of streams, honestav expanded his reach with a remix featuring MOD SUN that climbed high at Alternative Radio. He followed with the debut EP "hara-kiri," a release that hit the upper ranks of Apple Music’s Alternative charts and crossed the hundred-million-streams milestone across platforms. On the road with MOD SUN and lovelytheband, his high-intensity performances led to sellouts in his hometown of Springfield, Missouri, as well as major cities like New York City and Los Angeles. Known for staying true to his identity despite outside pressures, he continues to build a fast-growing audience with unfiltered lyrics, raspy confessionals over acoustic guitar, and the urgency of songs made for survival.

Nurse Blake: But Did You Die? Comedy Tour

Nurse Blake returns with a new comedy tour full of fresh material drawn from the wild world of healthcare. He tackles the unforgettable things patients and families say and do, from WebMD inspired self diagnoses of “Stage 8 cancer” to hammering the call light like a game show buzzer. The night is built for big laughs and a well earned break for healthcare workers, and it is just as entertaining for anyone who enjoys hospital humor. Friends, coworkers, and even that one patient who once claimed to be allergic to water will feel right at home. For ticket safety, vendor solicitations and third party resales are not permitted on SevenVenues event pages. Purchase only through authorized sources such as Ticketmaster or the Scope Arena box office. Tickets bought elsewhere are not guaranteed and may limit access to event updates and assistance. Amy Rigby at Vessel Craft Coffee

Vessel Craft Coffee hosts a seated concert with singer songwriter Amy Rigby. Rock n Reel has hailed her as a true American troubadour. This marks her third appearance with North Shore Point. Raised in Pittsburgh and shaped by late 70s lower Manhattan, Rigby co founded the country outfit Last Roundup and the Shams, a girl group championed by Richard Hell, before launching her solo career with the 90s release Diary Of A Mod Housewife. Her work draws on punk, psychedelia, garage and classic songcraft, with milestones that include a Nashville publishing deal and Underground Garage naming Dancing With Joey Ramone its Coolest Song. She has appeared on Fresh Air with Terry Gross, World Cafe and Mountain Stage. Beyond music, she has long written online and contributed essays to Slate, The Village Voice, Dylan at 80 and How Women Made Music. Her memoirs Girl To City and Girl To Country trace her path through music, and she has toured across the US and UK reading and performing songs from that journey. Tickets are $25 plus fees and the city's 10 percent tax. Seating is provided, and food and drinks will be available for purchase.
