To help cover venue rental, insurance, and an off duty police officer, there is a $3 fee for anyone bringing a car to show. You can take care of the fee in advance when the option opens the weekend before, or pay on arrival using cash or popular digital methods such as Cash App, PayPal, and Square. Grab coffee or a bite from Eggspectation located in the venue’s parking area while you browse. To keep things running smoothly, spectators are asked to use the overflow lot so show cars can fill the main area, avoid aggressive driving or engine revving, park within the lines, and be considerate of the venue, its tenants, and the nearby neighborhood. If poor weather is expected, a cancellation may be announced the night before and there is no rain date. The ceremony will be brief, and attendees may bring a folding chair. A picnic will follow in the designated picnic area, reflecting a pastime popular during the Regency period, as requested by cemetery staff. Details about the family tomb location and parking will be provided one week in advance. The celebration is open to all, and registration fees support the purchase of the wreath.
