Prerequisite: Intro to Carpentry, Carpentry II, Woodworking for Women, or equivalent carpentry experience. Students should be confident using power tools and prepared for a rigorous pace.

Enjoy a playful outdoor yoga session at Dancing Bear Farm, guided by certified instructor Christy Catsos. Christy leads a gentle, slow-flow practice that is accessible to all experience levels, drawing on training that emphasizes inclusive and trauma-informed approaches. Friendly goats will mingle during the session and may even climb on participants, adding lighthearted moments. After class, there is time to take photos and pose with the goats. Participants can bring a yoga mat or towel they do not mind getting dirty, a water bottle, and clothing suited to the weather, with layers recommended. Bug spray or sunscreen is optional, and some will be available. A restroom and handwashing sink are available. There is an uphill walk from the parking area to the practice space, with the option to drive to the pavilion if the walk is not feasible. The class takes place outdoors, so if it rains it will be rescheduled, with the option to attend the rain date or transfer the registration to another goat yoga session. This experience is intended for ages 12 and up.
