Bee Cool Tuesdays brings family-friendly fun to Kirkland Urban’s Fountain Court with The Busy Bee Hive Activity Cart. Families can enjoy a changing assortment of water toys for splashing, sidewalk chalk for colorful creations, hula hoops, hopscotch, jump ropes, and other playful activities that spark creativity and get everyone moving. Drop in for a quick cool-down or linger to explore more hands-on games and outdoor play. Registration is not required, and activities are offered on a walk-up basis. Presented by the West Seattle Rock Club, this family-friendly, educational gathering provides a welcoming way to meet fellow enthusiasts and learn about the club, and guests are welcome. Alongside the presentation, a large selection of minerals, fossils, and meteorites from Morocco and around the world will be available for purchase before the talk and again briefly afterward. Hosted by Kinship Care Alliance Snohomish County, this monthly support group offers a friendly setting where kinship caregivers can connect with peers, exchange experiences, and find helpful resources. Gatherings are held at the Carl Gipson Center. Kinship care means children receive ongoing, full time care as well as nurturing and protection from relatives by blood, adoption, or marriage, from godparents or stepparents, or from another adult who has a meaningful and recognized relationship with the child and family. Pickleball fans and baseball enthusiasts come together at T-Mobile Park for a themed night that pairs a Mariners game with a celebration of the sport. Ticket options include View for $40 and Main for $57, plus fees. Early arrivals can pick up a Mariners-themed pickleball hat in Section 306 and head to the Rooftop Boardwalk in Section 330 for a pickleball reception when gates open featuring PPA Tour pro Ella Cosma. Ella is a Seattle metro based professional who signed with the Professional Pickleball Association Tour in September 2025 at age 16 and is the first female to earn three Junior triple crowns. The evening includes a matchup against the LA Angels and a fireworks show inside the ballpark after the final out. At the reception, meet regional businesses supporting the game, including 23 Kitchens, The Picklr Federal Way, Pickle at the Palms, 4th Ave Beach, Seattle Tsunami, Side Out Tsunami, NW Court Consultants, and Seattle Stone & Quartz. A paddle giveaway is planned during the reception. A portion of each ticket, $5, benefits the non-profit Seattle Metro Pickleball Association to help grow and support local pickleball communities.

An all-ages open show pairs with a friendly spaghetti sauce cook-off. A $10 suggested donation will be collected at the door. Performers can send music to ISCSCEDMUSIC30@GMAIL.COM. Cooks should prepare their sauce ahead of time and bring it in a crock pot for a blind tasting open to anyone who wants to sample. The entry fee to compete is $5. Crock pots will remain anonymous so tasters will not know who made which sauce, and prizes will be awarded to the top three entries.
