Part of Vista Fleet’s Lake Superior Live series, this sailing features a performance by John Lindula & The Lindula Brothers from the Twin Ports. Weather permitting, the route passes through the Duluth Canal and Superior Entry, offering a look at the lake, working waterfront activity, and the city skyline. Your ticket includes a barbecue-style meal, and a full bar offers beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options for purchase. At the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, Dr. Thomas Saylor shares how Duluth embraced the Bicentennial spirit 50 years ago, sparking economic renewal and strengthening civic pride. The story highlights the choices of local leaders who recognized new opportunities and turned them into a Bicentennial success for the city.

This tournament uses a three strike format with a $6 entry fee, with $1 per entry going to IFPA. The prize pool is funded by player buy-ins and is awarded to the top three finishers, so a larger turnout means bigger payouts. There will also be prize giveaways. Friends and family are welcome for a fun time.

A candlelit rock and metal symphonic experience arrives in Duluth, MN as part of The Rock Orchestra’s 2026 tour. Over a 90-minute performance, a 14-piece ensemble of classical musicians reimagines landmark anthems, blending haunting melodies with powerful waves of distortion for a striking meeting of classical and metal. The set draws on music associated with Metallica, AC/DC, the Rolling Stones, Rage Against the Machine, My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, System of a Down, Guns N Roses, Evanescence, Papa Roach and the Cranberries, among others. The Rock Orchestra performs with a rotating lineup of classical players and vocalists. Audience feedback notes a 4.7 out of 5 rating and describes the show as entertaining from the first song to the last, a perfect mix of classical bravado and hard rock, and a unique experience that combines the music, the show and the stage.
