Guided by Horicon Marsh Bird Club Vice President Brad Webb and Board Member Michael Bingham, this birding outing explores Mayville’s Ziegler Park in search of early fall migrants. The park features mature woodland along the east branch of the Rock River and a 1.5 mile nature trail, with 174 species recorded on eBird. Participants will meet at the baseball field parking lot within Ziegler Park.

The YScreen Mental Health Summit '26 is a free community gathering at the Fond du Lac County Prairie Theater and Event Center focused on open, practical conversations about mental health, resilience, and hope for young people and those who support them. Participants will explore ways to build resilience and a healthy mindset, make sense of the digital world, strengthen connection and belonging, and work together to reduce stigma around mental health. The summit welcomes students, parents, grandparents, educators, coaches, healthcare professionals, and anyone who cares about the well-being of youth. It is free to attend and aims to equip the community with tools and understanding so every young person can see a path forward.

This free, friendly competition is for kids ages 4 to 12 and features nine age groups. Awards are given for first through third place, and every participant receives a memento. Signups open one hour before the pull starts.
