This annual open horse show welcomes all breeds and is approved by Border Run. It will take place in the covered arena at the back, and the stalls in that area will also be used.

Northshield Fall Crown Tournament 2026 takes place at Jefferson County Fair, gathering combatants, royalty, and the broader community for a full day centered on the tournament. This inaugural fall ultra at McMiller Trails in Eagle, Wisconsin takes place within the Southern Kettle Moraine Forest and uses a timed format. Participants select a 6, 12, or 20 hour window, compete as a solo runner or as part of a relay team with up to four people, and strive to complete as many loops as possible in the chosen duration. Runners will choose among three McMiller Trail loops to accumulate laps. The field is capped at 150 runners.

Soul 2 Soul brings more than 22 years of ’70s classic rock to the stage with a high energy live show packed with anthems. Now in its fifth year, this Picklefest party bus travels to a series of stops, kicking off at Red's on 7th with Jackbox, then visiting South Shore, Papa's Blue Spruce, and Churchill's, and wrapping up back at Red's on 7th with live music from Uncle Mike & The Hitman. The route also features contests for Best Bloody Mary Bar and Most Creative Pickled Dish.

Low-reen, Harpdog, and the Jimmy Upstairs Trio bring a Chicago blues-forward show with roots, rock, and Americana woven throughout. Expect a mix of originals alongside swing, hokum, and classic blues covers, nodding to artists like Robert Nighthawk, Muddy Waters, Honeyboy Edwards, Howlin’ Wolf, Jimmy Reed, Woody Guthrie, and the bluesier side of rock from Chuck Berry. The group’s lineup features Low-reen on vocals, guitar, and drums, Harpdog on vocals, harmonica, and guitar, and Jimmy Upstairs on vocals, keys, drums, and guitar. The performance takes place at Rubber Ducky Winery & Country Market, which offers a wine selection, craft cocktails, a country market, and a menu of flatbreads, charcuterie, and snacks, as well as dinner theatre and live music.

The performance is A Christmas Story The Musical, following Ralphie as he schemes to unwrap an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action 200-shot Range Model Air Rifle on Christmas morning. Inspired by the 1983 film, the show features a score by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, known for La La Land, The Greatest Showman, and the Broadway production Dear Evan Hansen, and it blends holiday humor with heartfelt moments for both children and adults.

An annual Friendsgiving celebration at The Mounds features a solo set from Travis Larson of APEX with an upbeat 80s throwback theme. A 1920s-inspired Christmas electro swing celebration at The Treasury, presented by Events by Micah, features flapper and gangster-themed attire, a 45-minute dance lesson, a professional photographer, a photo booth, snacks, champagne, and additional perks. Tickets are $20 online or $25 at the door.

An indoor program at Old World Wisconsin features two concerts and two singalongs presented in alternating order. The sequence begins with a concert, followed by a singalong, then repeats with another concert and a closing singalong. All activities take place inside.

Elizabeth Mary brings a solo acoustic set to Stable Rock : Riverfront Winery l Distillery l Kitchen. The Madison-based country artist, also a wife, mom and children’s book author, grew up on a dairy farm in eastern Iowa where her earliest performances took place among fields and livestock. Influenced by 90s country and pop, she honed her stage skills over years of performing with well-known cover bands across the Midwest at neighborhood venues and large festivals. In 2018 she left a 14-year career to pursue her own music and formed The Elizabeth Mary Band, building a schedule of more than 170 shows each year that range from intimate solo and duo sets to full-band concerts. Her performances blend country, pop and classic rock with her own originals, and her resume includes festival appearances such as Brat Fest and Taste of Madison along with opening slots for artists like Clint Black, Lorrie Morgan, Sara Evans, Collin Raye, The Bellamy Brothers, Jordan Davis, Lonestar, Thompson Square and Priscilla Block.

The 30th annual Parade of Lights fills downtown Jefferson with illuminated floats, festive music, and seasonal cheer along Main Street. Local restaurants and downtown shops provide options to extend the celebration into a full evening. The route begins at the intersection of Walworth and Main, travels north on Main, turns east onto Racine, and concludes at Center Street.

An indoor schedule alternates between live music and a singalong. It begins with a performance, moves into a group sing, then continues with another performance and wraps up with a final singalong.
