This open play event welcomes Weiss Schwarz fans for casual, unstructured gameplay. New and experienced players can bring their own decks to play friendly matches, learn new strategies, and connect with the community. All titles and skill levels are welcome. Judges and experienced players will be available for rules guidance and deck advice. There is no registration or entry fee. It is free to play, so just bring a deck and enjoy.

In honor of National Public Lands Day, Alaska Trails and the Sierra Club Alaska Chapter are organizing a stewardship day on the Flattop Sunnyside Trail. Volunteers meet and later return to the Flattop Sunnyside Trailhead while tackling brush clearing with handsaws and loppers and working to enhance trail tread and address drainage. This project is sponsored by the Chugach Park Fund.

Pitch in with Alaska Native Plant Society volunteers to care for the native wildflower gardens at the Campbell Creek Science Center. Gardening tools are supplied, making it easy to help with maintenance while learning hands-on techniques for cultivating native plants.
