Participation is limited to one booking of up to four people per date, and online registration in advance is required. The cost is $500 for the group, with a small service fee added at checkout, and it includes admission for the day. Guests must be at least 9 years old and accompanied by an adult. Arrive at the zoo entrance 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter, where a zookeeper will meet your group. Purchases are nonrefundable, though rescheduling is available in the event of illness or emergency. Cameras and phones are welcome for photos and videos, and food and drinks should be left in your vehicle.
