    Graduation Ride Events

Ozark · FOAA Hangar, 189 Heritage Way

Friends of Army Aviation is hosting helicopter rides for graduating students, their families and friends, and the general public. Experience Army Aviation history up close aboard the historic UH-1H Huey, with flights conducted with the doors open. Share the moment with family, friends, and neighbors and take in a piece of living heritage. Flights continue until everyone has had a turn or until sunset, and may conclude earlier depending on demand. Arriving early is recommended to help secure a seat. If planning to come later in the day, call ahead and ask for Karyn to confirm availability. Youth riders ages 2 through 17 are welcome with certain restrictions, and riders 16 or 17 may fly without an accompanying adult when they have written permission from a parent or guardian.

    Monthly Puzzle Swap

Dothan · Main Library, 445 N Oates St

Used puzzles are fine if they are complete and in good condition, and swapping is optional if you prefer to just look around. When the regular meeting lands on a library holiday closure, it shifts to the Friday before. If the set dates are not a match for you, email Ashley at abynum@dhcls.org for suggestions.
