Signature cups for the entertainment district add a festive touch for those strolling between stops. The gathering brings together car lovers, families, and friends and benefits Life on Wheels, a mobile ultrasound center that serves women, focuses on saving babies, and shares Jesus.

The 15th annual Barking at the Moon Festival brings families and their furry companions to Fultondale Bark Park for a free, rain or shine community celebration. Live Nation presents a performance by Sawyer Hill, an Arkansas artist who began sneaking into bar gigs as a teenager and later moved onto national stages after the breakout of his single “Look at the Time.” His music has surpassed 130 million streams and approached a quarter billion video views. Touring carried him across the United States and Europe, with sellouts at the Troubadour in Los Angeles and the Bowery Ballroom in New York City, along with an extensive run supporting Yungblud. Those travels helped shape his new album, “Everybody’s Home, Nobody’s Happy,” created with Los Angeles collaborators Mike Crossey, Chris Greatti, and Ryan Linville. With this record, he aims to be the kind of guiding presence his rock heroes were for him, giving voice to loners and doubters, including Southern kids who are told to keep their feelings to themselves. The Christmas Village Festival returns to The BJCC for five days of festive fun and holiday shopping. Visitors can explore a cheerful market setting filled with seasonal spirit throughout the multi-day event. Admission options include VIP Admission for $30. On the VIP day, strollers, wagons, Hulken or other roller bags are not permitted. Wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other power-driven mobility devices are allowed. Children ages 6 and older require a VIP ticket, and child admission tickets are not accepted for VIP entry. Early Shopper Online admission for ages 13 and up is $20 and includes an extra hour of shopping. General Adult Admission Online for ages 13 and up is $18. Leeds hosts the fourth annual Veterans Day Pancake Breakfast and Patriotic Cruise-In at Rails and Ales. The morning features hot, freshly made pancakes, a full coffee bar, samples of Bloody Marys and mimosas, live music, and possibly bacon. Breakfast is offered at no cost, with optional donations benefiting American Legion Post 107 in full.
