All players must check in with the Tournament Director before teeing off. Cards are set at check in, course rules are covered, and anyone who begins play without TD confirmation is subject to disqualification without a refund. Registration is offered online or on site, with online preregistration preferred and a chance to be included in Closest-To-The-Pin challenges for those who meet the preregistration cutoff. Entry is $30, with $17 going to the event purse, $8 to fees, and $5 directed to the tour’s finale payout. An optional $5 ace pot is available. Players entered in the ace pot who record a hole in one during competition share the pot. If no aces are hit, it rolls to the next Arkansas Flex Start event. Payout uses $17 from each entry and awards the top 45 percent of each division following the PDGA payout scale. Pro divisions are paid in cash or digitally after the event. Amateur players receive merchandise credit redeemable at the on site Disc Golf Dojo pro shop. Payouts are posted after all rounds are complete and can be redeemed the same day or at a future Disc Golf Dojo event. Amateur credits expire two years after they are issued. An additional Flex Start Doubles option runs alongside singles play. Doubles is unsanctioned, offers Pro and Am divisions, and has its own ace pot. Teams register under a single entry with both player names, keep score through a UDisc event, and payouts go to the top third of each division, with cash for Pros and store credit for Ams.
