This session focuses on literacy through Story Stones: Build a Story, One Rock at a Time. Children paint images of characters, scenes, or objects on smooth stones, then arrange the stones in different sequences to tell a tale on their own or as a group, gradually weaving one larger story. It highlights how a narrative can grow from the simplest materials, even a handful of rocks. The summer wraps up with Camp-A-Palooza, a celebratory conclusion to the series. Legendary Midnight Drags brings the no prep Wally race back for a high energy night of competition, with a Wally trophy on the line at Tulsa Raceway Park. Classes and full rules will be announced. Spectator admission is $20 for adults, and kids 10 and under are free with a paid adult. Racers who plan to compete will need a $20 tech card. Cars and trucks must meet safety guidelines. Bald tires are not permitted, seat belts are required, and the battery must be secured with a proper hold down. A valid state driver license is needed. Helmets are mandatory for runs of 13.99 seconds or quicker. Drivers must wear long pants, a shirt, socks, and closed toe shoes, and sleeveless shirts are not allowed. Additional safety equipment may be required for some cars, and all cars must have functioning taillights. Motorcycle competitors must hold a valid state motorcycle operator license, and learner permits are not accepted. A full face helmet with a shield, a leather jacket and gloves, and over the ankle leather shoes or boots are required. Full leathers are mandatory for motorcycles that exceed 120 mph. A kill switch with a tether or lanyard is required for motorcycles running 120 mph or faster.

Enrollment leads to the SSI Advanced Specialty Diver certification along with four SSI Specialty certifications. The typical package includes Deep Diving, Enriched Air Nitrox, Perfect Buoyancy, and Navigation, and you can swap specialties to suit your interests, with options such as Night/Limited Visibility, Search & Recovery, Photography, Dry Suit, Wreck, and more. This training is intended for divers who want to refine what they learned in Open Water while gaining meaningful new experience. The curriculum blends online study, classroom sessions, instructor-led dives, and lifetime access to digital materials, culminating in the Advanced Specialty Diver credential plus four specialties. To qualify, participants need an Open Water Diver certification and a total of 24 dives recorded in a logbook by the end of the program. Newer divers can begin with the four specialty courses, and SSI will issue the Advanced Specialty Diver certification once the 24th dive has been logged. Learning starts with self-paced online modules for the four specialties, followed by in-person sessions at the shop that include one evening focused on Nitrox, a pool session for Perfect Buoyancy, and another evening covering the remaining two specialties. Materials will be available to draft a simple visual plan for a home fall garden, so bringing a rough measurement of your garden’s square footage is helpful. At Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Broken Arrow, the T-Town Wheelers present their second Hot Wheels show of the year with free admission for the public. The day centers on multiple sessions of downhill racing, with on site registration held ahead of each session. All race entries must remain in unopened packaging. The following castings are not allowed in competition: Side Splitter, Firebird Funny Car, Funny Car, the 2005 Ford Mustang GT Faster Than Ever, and Side Kick. The session flows through a light body activation warm up for whole brain engagement, AUM chanting, techniques to release tension in the face, guided breathwork, and a closing meditation. Optional items include an eye mask, pillow, blanket, and a journal, and comfortable clothing is recommended since there is some initial movement. Slow, rhythmic breathing is generally safe for most people. Breath holds should be avoided after recent surgery, with epilepsy, during the third trimester of pregnancy, and with serious heart conditions such as a pacemaker, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a recent heart attack. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, reduce intensity when needed, or skip breath holds. Always practice seated or lying down, never in water and never while driving. Individuals with the noted conditions may still attend by focusing on the rhythmic breathing sections and visualization, and by engaging with the supportive community. The Northeastern Oklahoma Region SCCA hosts a weekend of autocross with a double-header featuring Events 9 and 10 of the 2026 season at Davis Field in Muskogee. SCCA members pay 40 dollars for one day or 70 dollars for the full weekend. Non-members are 60 dollars for a single day or 90 dollars for both days, and that includes a Weekend Membership. A $500 corporate sponsorship includes a four person team, preferred hole placement, and acknowledgment during the awards presentation. A $100 hole sponsorship provides signage on a tee box or green.
