    This training program helps Arkansas cyclists get ready for the annual BDB100 by building skills, confidence, and community while connecting participants with local riders, clubs, and bike shops. For 2026, riders are organized by experience with options geared to the 26 and 50 mile routes. New cyclists can begin in an introductory group, those with some experience and new to group riding can focus on completing the 26 mile course, recreational riders who ride weekly can prepare for the 50 mile goal or aim to improve a 26 mile finish, and seasoned enthusiasts can refine pacing, fueling, and cooperative pace line techniques with readiness for the 50 and the possibility of stretching toward 75. Training rides head out from Murray Park, and the season leads into a dress rehearsal at the Young Life River Classic before the BDB100 main event. Registration costs $50, is limited to the first 120 participants, and requires a minimum age of 12. Support comes from Spokes Bicycle Shop, Phat Tire Bicycle Shops, Shift Modern Cyclery, Mello Velo, and Rev Rock.
