🎨🌊 Paint and Sip: Down by the Lake 🌙✨

Create a tranquil lakeside painting at Pinot’s Palette Gilbert, guided step by step by a local artist. The artwork centers on a calm dusk view, with still water reflecting the sky, gentle light, and soft shoreline details. You will use smooth gradients, layered reflections, and a natural palette to add depth and atmosphere across both water and sky, focusing on capturing a clear, mirror-like surface. Instruction is beginner friendly and suited to all skill levels, so you can relax, sip, and enjoy the process. It works well for a quiet evening out, a date, or time with friends if you want a soothing, nature-inspired creative break. An optional add-on lets you craft a custom candle with fresh scents like cool water, light florals, or an evening breeze to complement the mood. You will finish with a serene canvas that feels reflective and grounded, like a peaceful night by the lake.

Breathwork + Sound

Experience a gentle class devoted to nervous system healing through breath and sound. Instead of pushing harder, this session creates space to soften, breathe, and restore balance. It blends conscious breathing with soothing vibrations to encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, and a calm, regulated state. The class begins with guided breathing practices to ease stress, heighten awareness, and bring attention to the present moment. Simple techniques help participants reconnect with the body and settle the mind. Once more open and receptive, the experience shifts into a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other grounding instruments. The resonance supports deep rest and can leave you feeling steadier, clearer, and more connected. This offering is suitable for anyone feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected, as well as those seeking a gentle pathway back to themselves. No prior experience is required and all levels are welcome. Expect a warm welcome with intention setting and a brief grounding, followed by a focused breathwork segment. Afterward, relax into an immersive sound meditation, then close with time to integrate, reflect, and optionally journal before returning to the rest of the day. For comfort, consider bringing water, a journal, and a blanket, along with any personal crystals or other items that help you feel at ease.

Mind-Body Reset | Reiki Sound & Meditation

This mind and body reset class offers a calm pause from the push to constantly perform and produce. It creates a welcoming space to rest, notice how you are, and care for yourself without pressure to change anything. The experience begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you arrive and check in. You are then led through soothing sound work with instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and a drum, giving your body a steady rhythm to follow as it softens at its own pace. Reiki is offered throughout as a quiet, supportive layer that encourages balance and ease. Participation is always invitational, so you can engage in the way that feels right for you. The flow includes a warm welcome and transition from your day, guided meditation, sound healing with Reiki, and time to integrate with optional journaling or sharing, followed by grounding before you head out. The space opens 15 minutes before class begins, and it is open to all experience levels. This time can be especially supportive if life has been nonstop, if it feels like you always need to be on, or if you are craving a deeper connection with yourself and permission to rest without guilt. You will layer gentle ocean blues, airy sky tones, and lively floral colors to create contrast between the sturdy tree and the wide, tranquil sea. The focus is on blending natural textures with smooth coastal gradients to build a serene, storybook mood. Unwind with a beverage as your ocean-flower canvas takes shape. This experience suits a quiet evening out, a friends’ outing, a date, or anyone drawn to floral beauty, seaside color, and imaginative landscapes. Make it extra special with an optional custom candle in a soft floral or ocean-inspired scent to echo the tranquil vibe. Leave with a whimsical coastal painting that feels calm, romantic, and a little surreal. No experience is required, just bring your creativity and enjoy the flow.

US-60 Salt River Canyon / Young Street or Dirt Dual Cruise

This ride offers two choices, a paved street run or a dirt and gravel track. Both groups meet at a Chevron in Apache Junction before rolling out together. The street route travels US 60 to Superior, continues south on 177 to Winkelman, then heads north on 77 to Globe, follows US 60 through Salt River Canyon to Show Low, and finishes by taking 260 west to The Red Onion Bar & Grill in Heber. The dirt route stays with the group until Superior, continues on US 60 to Globe, turns north on 188 to 288 through Young, connects with 260, then goes east to the same final stop. The unpaved section is graded and suitable for stock-height vehicles, though it will be bumpy. All-wheel drive can be helpful but is not required.

Private Plant Medicine or Tarot Card Readings w/ SHERI

Private one-on-one sessions with Sheri focus on either plant medicine or tarot. A plant medicine reading looks at how plants, herbs, and other botanicals can be used in supportive, therapeutic, or healing ways. After the consultation, Sheri prepares a custom tea blend based on the reading. She also has several commonly requested blends already created. Plant medicine readings with a common blend are $75 for a half hour, and if a unique blend requires higher-cost ingredients, only the difference in ingredient cost is added. Tarot readings are $45 for 30 minutes and $90 for a full hour. This offering is not a tea leaf reading, also known as tasseography, which interprets patterns in leaves, grounds, or sediments and is a different practice. All sessions take place in a private room. Payment options include Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. To schedule, contact Sheri at 623-414-1707. She maintains a full-time job, so responses may take a little time and texting can be a quicker way to reach her. The event details share personal experiences of relief from severe headaches using a custom tea and simmered potpourri prepared by Sheri, and of improvement with mold-related concerns when a liver-focused tea was used alongside a charcoal binder, acupuncture, crystal-charged water, detoxing, reiki, essential oils, and doctor-directed care. Sheri’s practice includes tarot and playing card readings, oracle work, pendulum divination, and mediumship, along with natural magic and the crafting of teas, salves, and tinctures. Over time she blended cardomancy with tarot and herbal work to offer intuitive guidance, holistic herbal support, and energy-focused services.
