Open Mic 🎤 Wednesdays

Participants are introduced to the foundational principles of Nothingness Meditation, a practice intended to quiet the mind and bring clarity to the heart. Through guided sessions, attendees examine the patterns of thoughts, emotions, energy, and the ego, creating space to experience a sense of inner stillness and peace.
