It is family friendly and a welcoming way to meet new people and get moving. Pace is relaxed at roughly 8 to 10 mph, and rides typically last around two hours covering 12 to 15 miles. The no drop format ensures nobody is left behind, so conversation and enjoying the surroundings are part of the experience. Children are welcome, and little ones should ride with a parent in a trailer, tagalong, or child seat. Helmets are required for all riders.
