    Costumes are welcome at this Halloween themed evening at Sunshine’s Farm, which is open to the public. Entry to the farm is free, while tickets are required for the featured activities. A $45 participant option includes access to a homemade cake swap, unlimited beverages from the farm, an event wristband, labels for listing ingredients, and three prepaid entries for the cake walk. Cake walk tickets can also be purchased separately for $10 per round, with up to three per person, and multiple tickets may be used in the same round to improve the chances of winning. During the walk, each ticket is linked to a preassigned number. Follow the path as the music plays, then stop on your number when it ends. If that number is called, the prize for that round is yours, and winners must be present. A poll will shape the soundtrack, with the three most popular Halloween songs featured for the walk. The flow of the night includes time to arrive and set out cakes, then the swap begins. Tables, benches, and cake cutters are provided, and ingredient labels are available for each dessert. Awards will recognize the best tasting cake and the most creative entry, the cake walk features three rounds, and a costume contest will highlight the best dressed before the evening winds down. Plans and timing may change. If taking part in the swap, remember to bring a cake.
