Celebrate creativity at Arts Visalia with a hands-on Family Art Day featuring artist Nellie Martinez. She will lead a project using stamps and ink to personalize paper and fabric, and participants are welcome to bring clothing to print on. Paper and fabric squares will be provided while supplies last. This free, all-ages activity invites families and friends to make art together and take home their creations at no cost, with free art available while materials last. Kaweah Health’s Living Well with Diabetes Support Group offers a welcoming space at the Visalia Senior Center for anyone seeking information and encouragement. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish. Participants receive free education and guidance on resources, and the monthly topics are selected by peers to strengthen diabetes self-management skills. Expect a small group setting and a caring, safe environment, along with opportunities to win prizes. There is no cost to participate.
