Team RWB Stockton is hosting a Gentle Yoga Flow session for veterans at the VA Clinic in French Camp. This welcoming class focuses on stretching, relaxing, improving mobility, and reducing stress. No prior yoga experience is needed, just come as you are and enjoy a chance to connect with other veterans while caring for your health and well-being.
