    The Anchored Experience: Reset

Pasadena, California · verified Aug 2
    See details

For women who spend their days caring for everyone else, this intimate, curated afternoon in Pasadena offers a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself. The inaugural gathering from Four Anchors Collective is designed for a small group of 30 women and invites moments of quiet reflection, including times when phones are set aside so attention can return to what is right in front of you. It is not a conference, networking mixer, or lecture. It is an experience with space to breathe. Two guest speakers ground the program in mind and body. Behavioral sciences expert Dr. Lori Ochoa leads a warm empowerment conversation filled with practical strategies that fit real life, a guided discussion rather than a formal lecture. The body focus features ConciergeMD and Dr. Resham Uttamchandani with a physician led talk on longevity and peptides, followed by a short Q and A, then a one hour peptide shot bar where guests may sample options and notice how their bodies respond in real time. A gentle spiritual component encourages stillness and presence, followed by restorative yoga led by Desiree Bourne, a yoga and Pilates instructor, meditation and mindfulness mentor, online trainer, and wellness coach. The practice is grounding and unhurried, created for women who are always on the move, with no pressure to perform. To help bring insights home, the afternoon closes with The Release List, a guided integration ritual that invites you to name what you are ready to let go of and what you will carry forward. Light, nourishing bites and beverages are provided, and attendees receive unhurried time for themselves, expert led sessions across mind, body, and spirit, meaningful connection with peers, a curated take home kit to extend the experience, and access to a private community for continued support. Dress is encouraged in neutral tones such as soft linens and earthy shades like cream, taupe, or sage. Hosted by Tatiana Vallejo, founder of Four Anchors Collective, with partners Dr. Lori Ochoa, Desiree Bourne, ConciergeMD, and Dr. Resham Uttamchandani. The event is educational and supportive and is not a substitute for medical advice. For personal health needs, consult your healthcare provider. Photos or videos may be captured and shared by Four Anchors Collective. All ticket sales are final. Full event details are shared in advance. Location: Pasadena, California.
