Related to practices like Circling, Authentic Relating, and T-Group, it invites participants to notice relational patterns, emotions, bodily sensations, and other elements of experience, then speak to what they find so the group can see one another and the broader social landscape with greater clarity. Known for a steady, compassionate presence and a thoughtful approach to relational risk, he works full time at the intersection of mental health and AI as a machine learning researcher.

Felipe Martinez and Ayano Yoneda offer tango instruction in Berkeley that balances playfulness with challenge and highlights fundamental structure. The beginner class welcomes newcomers with no prior experience. Classes use the terms leaders and followers, are inclusive of queer, trans, and non-binary dancers, and everyone is encouraged to try both roles. Each session moves from check-in to a beginner class, followed by a shared practica, then an intermediate class and a final practica, and the practice periods are included. The first practice brings beginners and intermediates together. The intermediate class is designed for dancers who have already completed roughly a dozen tango classes, and beginners may observe.
