This family-friendly World Rhino Day celebration unites wildlife supporters, conservation advocates, local businesses, and community members for a full day of fundraising, learning, and meaningful conservation impact. Hosted by Global Conservation Force, the event channels community action into wildlife protection through trading card and collectible sales that support conservation programs around the world.
Highlights include card and collectible vendors with donated items available for purchase, a mini golf competition with prizes and bragging rights, and a silent auction featuring wildlife-themed items, experiences, artwork, gift baskets, collectibles, and travel opportunities. A conservation raffle is part of the fun, with one entry included per admission and additional tickets available throughout the day. Food, snacks, beverages, and treats are offered, including refreshing shave ice. Guests can also browse official Global Conservation Force merchandise, apparel, conservation gear, educational materials, and exclusive event items.
Education is at the heart of the day. Inspiring videos showcase Global Conservation Force’s work with wildlife rangers, conservation K9 teams, anti-poaching operations, rehabilitation efforts, and education programs. Conservation booths share information about rhinos, elephants, pangolins, giraffes, snow leopards, and other species protected through GCF initiatives. There are chances to win door prizes and plenty of interactive activities suitable for all ages. Additional games, activities, vendors, exhibits, and displays will be announced as the event approaches.
Participants can start fundraising in advance by forming a team, receiving a personal fundraising page and link, sharing it with others, and encouraging direct donations. Contributions made through participant pages are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law and directly support Global Conservation Force’s programs.
