Timed wristbands are required for STEAM Lab access, and each wristband includes a 30-minute session. Admission is available for adults, students, and children, with free admission for kids five and under, and free accessible parking for visitors.

SBCM partners with Sprout and Blossom on a monthly STEAM Outdoors program that blends science, nature, and art with topics such as gardening, food systems, insects, and the wonders of the natural world. Each session nurtures curiosity, care for the planet, and an understanding of how people and nature are connected. The program is offered in two sessions each month. Participation is included with general museum admission, and capacity is 20 children per session on a first come, first served basis.

Haiku Unlimited transforms Moreno Valley Mall into an anime themed marketplace and community hangout every weekend. Admission is free and guests of all ages are welcome. Explore booths from local sellers and small businesses with anime and pop culture merchandise, artist creations and handmade pieces, plus collectibles that include Pokémon cards. Cosplayers bring added color and great photo moments, while music, food, and prize raffles create a lively atmosphere. It is a space to shop, meet fellow fans, take photos, and enjoy an easygoing, anime inspired weekend surrounded by the mall’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Flabob Cars and Planes Car Show is a modified-car festival held at an airport airstrip, pairing custom rides with aircraft, hangars, and a lively DJ and vendor alley scene. City of Redlands Healthy Initiative Camp is a co-ed soccer and wellness camp for ages 5-17, designed to build skills on the field while also teaching healthy habits off the field. Players will be coached and mentored by professional soccer athletes from the Empire Strykers, with structured training, small-sided games, and health and wellness education focused on nutrition, hydration, fitness habits, and overall well-being. The camp also includes fun extras like giveaways and opportunities for autographs and meet-and-greet moments with the players.

The new coaching staff for the Bloomington High School girls volleyball program is launching its home opener at the Bloomington High School Gym with a call for community support to create a spirited, celebratory environment for the athletes. Their focus is on building a culture where players feel seen, supported, and motivated to excel on the court and in life. As part of this effort, they are seeking donated balloon displays to brighten the entrance and court, DJ or music support to energize the crowd, and photography or videography to capture memories. They are also aiming for a full house in the stands to show strong Bloomington pride. The program notes that Bloomington High, part of the Colton Joint Unified School District, has often felt overlooked, and this opening day centers the athletes and the community standing behind them.
