Kaweah Health’s Living Well with Diabetes Support Group offers a welcoming space at the Visalia Senior Center for anyone seeking information and encouragement. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish. Participants receive free education and guidance on resources, and the monthly topics are selected by peers to strengthen diabetes self-management skills. Expect a small group setting and a caring, safe environment, along with opportunities to win prizes. There is no cost to participate.
