Dumb and Dumber (PG-13, 107 minutes, Comedy, 1994) trails a hapless limo driver and his even less savvy friend as they embark on a cross-country trip to return a briefcase left at an airport. Super 8 (PG-13, 112 minutes, Sci-Fi, 2011) focuses on a group of friends who witness a train crash and begin investigating the strange events that unfold in their small town. On most days, parking in the Central Library underground garage is free for the first two hours with ticket validation.

    Explore the Melómano Beginner Salsa Partner Performance Teams at a free tryout led by directors Patrick and Diana in a friendly, positive environment. The session begins with a light warm-up focused on body movement and gentle stretching, then moves into foundational steps, a short shine, and partnerwork. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in, bring your own water, and wear comfortable clothing. All levels are welcome, though completing Salsa Cycle Level 2 or having equivalent experience is recommended. Performing is optional, and anyone interested in performing must receive approval from the team directors. Team membership includes Melómano group classes at your level, along with caring coaching to build confidence, improve timing and rhythm, refine body movement and turn technique, strengthen lead and follow skills, optimize weight transfer, and develop styling, stretching, and isolation. The community also enjoys group outings, photoshoots, festival discounts, and chances to perform in San Diego and out of town. If you cannot attend this tryout, a make-up session is available the following week by messaging the organizers. Additional auditions are offered for beginner and intermediate salsa and bachata partner teams, as well as ladies and progressive teams. The tryout takes place at Melómano Dance Studio.
