The Anthony Arya Band brings a rock-infused blend of indie folk, rock, and pop, driven by Anthony Arya’s expressive vocals and dynamic live show that nods to the Laurel Canyon sound while feeling current. An indie folk artist from the San Francisco Bay Area, he first drew widespread attention at 16 through appearances on NBC’s The Voice. Now 23, he is an award-winning songwriter with four full-length albums, and a steady schedule of weekly performances that carried him through more than 150 shows in 2024 and 2025 at well known West Coast venues and festivals. In February 2026 he released the acoustic single Sugar On Your Shades, with live versions surpassing one million views on social media, and additional tracks are set to roll out ahead of a new album planned by the end of 2026.

This interactive suicide prevention workshop is hosted by the City of Palo Alto and The Jed Foundation. You’ll go over key terms, learn how to recognize risk signs, and clear up common misconceptions. The session also focuses on practical ways to reduce access to lethal means, plus what to do right away to support someone in crisis, including safety planning.

Get ready for emergencies before they happen at this free, interactive Personal Emergency Preparedness (PEP) training. Participants will learn how to build an emergency go-bag, create a personalized emergency plan for themselves and their families, explore ways to reduce risks at home and at work, and take part in group discussions and hands-on activities.

Everyone is welcome at this guided Latin practice at Luna Del Soul - House of Dance in Redwood City. The session focuses on competition readiness with a blend of straight finals and rounds run in heats, plus tasks and challenges that simulate real event conditions. Dancers of every level are encouraged to participate, including kids, adults, solo dancers, and pro/am partners. Train alongside local competitors on a spacious floor with lighting, and use the studio space to warm up beforehand. Select editions feature live Latin percussion led by Edgardo Cambon. Pricing is $15 per person, or $25 when live percussion is included. If you would like to rotate partners, at least two of the four rounds use heats to make that easy.

Courthouse Square turns into an outdoor movie venue with two free films that welcome all ages. This screening features Lilo & Stitch (PG), a live action retelling of Disney’s 2002 story about a lonely Hawaiian girl and a fugitive alien who helps bring her family back together. The cast includes Maia Kealoha, Chris Sanders, Sydney Agudong, Zach Galifianakis, and Billy Magnussen, with direction by Dean Fleischer Camp. The film runs 108 minutes and was released in 2025.
