This class is a good fit if you are in the weeks or months after birth, or within the first year, if you want guidance for returning to movement safely, if you are noticing core or pelvic floor symptoms, or if you are seeking connection with other mothers. Held at The Little Herbal Apothecary in Old Town Lafayette, the group is intentionally small and welcoming, and the environment is baby friendly. Props and tea are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle, and you may bring a reusable mug to help reduce waste. It is intended as a supportive space for early motherhood and beyond.
