The Warwick Village & Friends Mega Yard Sale has been rescheduled due to weather and is returning as a neighborhood-wide yard sale across Warwick Village and neighboring communities. Participation is free, and kid entrepreneurs are welcome. Select locations will collect food donations for ALIVE!, allowing shoppers to give back while they browse. Participants can sign up to be included on the official sale map and featured in event promotions.

Enjoy a relaxed LGBTQ+ community brunch on the enclosed front patio at Freddie’s Beach Bar & Restaurant. Attendance is free, and everyone simply pays for what they order on an individual tab using a separate card, so there is no shared check. This gathering is for adults 18 and over, and a valid ID is required for anyone who plans to drink alcohol. A Go Gay DC leader will be on site to greet attendees.

Calvert Gift's Farm sets up at the Takoma Park Farmer's Market with an abundant selection of seasonal produce and a generous array of plant starts for gardeners, farmers, and plant enthusiasts. Plant starts are available from early April through the end of May.

In celebration of International Coworking Week, Expansive is offering five days of free coworking that combine focused work time, networking, and community. This Volunteer Open House brings people together to assemble outreach supplies, organize clothing closet donations, and take on additional tasks that keep HIPS operating smoothly. It occurs on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month and provides an easy way to get involved and help out. No training is required.

Sunset Cinema at The Wharf turns Transit Pier into an open-air theater with free screenings presented by Pacifico. This edition features 10 Things I Hate About You. The season spans action, romance, blockbusters, and beloved classics, with other titles including Everything Everywhere All at Once, Shrek 2, Hairspray, Sinners, National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Hamilton, A League of Their Own, Catch Me If You Can, Apollo 13, Roman Holiday, F1, Project Hail Mary, and a double feature of When Harry Met Sally and First Wives Club.

Open Stitch Nights at Artistic Artifacts offers relaxed creative time with others. Bring a handwork project and enjoy friendly conversation. You might see slow stitching, needle felting, sketching, needlepoint, or binding work in progress, and you may come away inspired to try a new technique. Everyone is welcome, there is no fee and no reservation is needed. Because space is limited, machine projects are not accommodated.

A Game Night Live trivia evening at Aslin Beer Co in Alexandria offers no-cost play and a welcoming format for all experience levels. The night features two games, each composed of three rounds, with challenges inspired by well known game shows. Expect more than simple question and answer, with jumbled word puzzles, image based rounds, and other surprises. Prizes are on the line.
