    Jess Klein

St John the Apostle MCC, 3049 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers
    See details

Please note there is a temporary venue change while All Faiths undergoes renovation. Singer and songwriter Jess Klein brings a set shaped by acoustic textures, catchy melodies, and vivid storytelling that explores joy, anger, sensuality, and resilience. The New York Times has praised her tenacious voice as a writer, and Mary Gauthier has offered strong public acclaim. Her touring history spans quiet listening rooms, intimate theaters, and energetic festivals before very large audiences. She has toured in support of Arlo Guthrie, Josh Ritter, Damien Dempsey, John Fullbright, and Jonathan Byrd, and has opened for Ani DiFranco, Steve Earle, and Alejandro Escovedo. The performance offers an intimate, soulful atmosphere, whether she appears solo with guitar or with a band, highlighting raw emotion, expressive vocals, and narratives of love, loss, and perseverance. Bill Burkert opens. Raised in Michigan and later in Tampa, he took up guitar alongside an Alan Lomax folk song collection and learned a Travis-style fingerpicking approach, with a playful nod that Merle Travis himself once disclaimed any connection to his technique. After moving to Fort Myers he joined ACMA, began writing and singing his own material, won a Bob Dylan look-alike contest at a recent Bob Night, and drew notice for choosing some of Dylan’s lesser-known songs. Tickets are available at the door. Door donations are $15 for ACMA members and $20 for general admission.

Cliff Eberhardt in Concert w/special guest Louise Mosrie Coombe!

All Faiths Unitarian Congregation, 2756 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers
    See details

Cliff Eberhardt takes the stage with special guest Louise Mosrie Coombe for an evening of richly crafted songs and stories in the intimate ACMA Listening Room. A lifelong songwriter who set his sights on music as a kid, Eberhardt grew up near the legendary Main Point folk club, soaking in performances by iconic folk, rock, and blues artists while also digging into the great American songbook. Years in New York sharpened his craft through solo gigs, studio work, and time on the road with artists including Richie Havens and Melanie. His studio vocal work for major brands helped fuel his writing, and his theatrical side flourished when the Folger Theatre and Shakespeare Library enlisted him to compose and perform original music for a Western-tinged staging of The Taming of the Shrew, a critically praised production that packed houses for weeks. Reviewers have lauded his sharp insight, energy, and melodic sense. Louise Mosrie Coombe brings a storyteller’s heart to the bill, drawing on her Southern roots. She turned that perspective into the album Home, a blend of bluegrass, country, and folk built around vivid, place-rich narratives that once earned her the introduction “William Faulkner with a guitar.” A classically trained vocalist with a powerful pop-leaning tone and a hint of twang, she is an award-winning songwriter known for honest, well-honed delivery and the memorable tales behind her tunes. Door donations are $15 for ACMA members and $20 for general admission. Tickets are available at the door.
