    Breathe to Heal - Crestview

Crestview · Grateful Hearts Yoga, 5753 Hwy 85 North Suite B

At Grateful Hearts Yoga in Crestview, Joanne guides an immersive breathwork workshop centered on healing, balance, and release. Using a two-stage pranayama approach taught by breath expert David Elliott and combined with her own healing modalities, the session invites participants to work with the breath to clear stagnant energy and let go of old emotions and limiting beliefs. The practice is intended to help engage the body’s relaxation response, support detoxification, and increase oxygen flow to the brain. It offers a deeper experience than the breathwork typically found in a yoga class and is designed as a powerful journey of surrender and renewal. Wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing your favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, journal and pen, and a water bottle. Plan to eat lightly and avoid heavy meals within the hour beforehand. If you have medical questions or conditions, consult your healthcare provider about whether breathwork is appropriate for you. Space is limited, so advance registration is recommended. Joanne Klepal is a facilitator focused on transformation and personal growth. Her background includes certifications as a Master Practitioner of NLP and NLP Coaching, Master Practitioner of TIME Techniques, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Change Management Professional, and Reiki Master Trainer. She is also a Kundalini Yoga Instructor and breathwork practitioner, and the author of Mastery of the Mind: The Pathway to Empowerment, Inner Revolution, Embracing Change to Achieve Greatness, and Natural Healing Techniques: Get Well & Stay Well with Asian Bio-Energetic Therapy.
