Guided by Lisa Michaels, this MindShift Disco experience offers a caring space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own capacity to heal. With gentle relaxation and approaches informed by neuroscience, the session turns attention inward so you can rediscover a sense of calm, clear‑mindedness, and resilience that is already yours. Everyone uses a headset, creating an intimate and immersive experience while still benefiting from the supportive atmosphere of the group. The focus is on letting go of what is no longer helpful and restoring inner steadiness. This is a deliberate reset for mind and emotions that supports overall well‑being.
