Rollins Museum of ArtWhat Every Parent Should Know About Bottle Feeding
At Lactation Station Florida, this hands-on class offers practical guidance for families who are bottle feeding exclusively, pumping, combining methods, or preparing in advance. The session is divided into two parts, beginning with how to choose an infant formula. Participants review the main types and what sets them apart, learn to interpret labels beyond marketing claims, consider cow’s milk based options, specialized blends and gentle varieties, recognize who each might suit or not suit, and identify signs that suggest discussing a change with a pediatrician. The second part focuses on bottle feeding skills, including how to select bottles and nipples and understand flow rate, how paced feeding supports babies, how to read hunger and fullness cues, positioning for calm feeds, how much and how often to offer while avoiding overfeeding, and safe preparation and storage for both formula and expressed milk. Combo feeding is addressed, along with facts about nipple confusion and steps to take if a baby refuses the bottle. Instruction is provided by Dr. Irissa Rosario, MD, a board-certified pediatrician with fifteen years of experience, and Giovana Rorato, IBCLC and owner of Lactation Station, combining medical insight with lactation expertise. Attendees compare real formula options side by side, handle different bottles and nipples, and practice paced techniques to leave with a clear, confident plan tailored to their baby and routine. There is time for questions, and snacks and tea are provided. The class is suitable for those expecting, returning to work, or already navigating feeding.

ConduitMessages from Spirit: A Sacred Circle with Philip DeLong
There are times when the world feels a little more permeable and love seems to reach across time and space to remind us we are not alone. In this intimate sacred message circle, Rev. Philip DeLong guides a small group into an atmosphere of connection, healing, and spiritual insight. Through his relationship with Spirit, he serves as a conduit for messages that may come from loved ones in Spirit, spiritual guides, and the Angelic Realm. Whether the intention is comfort, validation, guidance, or simple curiosity about what lies beyond ordinary perception, this gathering offers a warm and welcoming space to experience the wisdom and care that Spirit often shares. Philip’s path began in childhood with a natural affinity for metaphysics and crystals, and it was profoundly expanded by a Near-Death Experience that opened him to guidance from Spirit and the Angelic Realm. His approach honors the idea that Spirit can illuminate the way, while each person shapes what comes next through choice, awareness, and free will. Attendance is limited to 8 participants to support a deeply personal experience, and many find that insights shared for one person resonate with everyone present, fostering a strong sense of community. Bring an open heart, and leave with renewed hope and clarity. Advance registration is required, and refunds are not available. Every participant will be part of the experience, though specific personal messages cannot be guaranteed.
