The 2026 Shootout in Cowtown

Presented by Kamloops Cowtown Cowboys and the Kamloops Target Sports Association, the KTSA Shootout in Cowtown brings a full weekend of competition to the KTSA Outdoor Range, with five stages on Saturday and five more on Sunday. Activities are set on the lower bermed range. Dry camping is available from Thursday through Sunday. Friday offers side matches and open practice bays for Cowboy and Wild Bunch, followed by an evening potluck. The Lions Club will provide lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday, with breakfast on both days dependent on registration numbers. A mandatory safety meeting takes place at the office on Saturday before shooting begins, and Sunday starts early to enable a midday wrap-up. Awards are planned for Sunday afternoon to help competitors continue on to the SASS Canadian Championships. Registration is $80 for adults and $20 for juniors.

The WICK'D World Series introduces a fresh take on draft play at Lake Fairview Park in Orlando with its first edition. Billed as the first draft tournament awarding a fully personalized championship ring, it puts a custom prize on the line that can feature a player’s name and number, the team name, the event name, and selected stone colors. After the draft, each roster chooses a team name and colors, receives custom jerseys, and shapes its own identity on the field. Come Out With Pride 2026

Orlando’s annual LGBTQIA+ Pride celebration fills downtown with a day of parade energy and festival experiences. Organized by Come Out With Pride, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit aligned with National Coming Out Day, the event creates a welcoming space for people to celebrate their authentic selves. The parade travels through downtown Orlando and culminates at Lake Eola Park, where the festivities continue with live performances on two stages, food trucks, vendors, family friendly activities, and community resources. In 2025, attendance surpassed 230,000, placing it among the largest Pride events in the Southeast and the biggest single day gathering in Central Florida. Beyond this celebration, the organization operates year round to foster inclusion, empower people to live openly, and strengthen the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies.

House Production centers on The Healing Arts, with a maximum of five minutes and required elements of performance, realness, face, and runway, uplifting the pillars of protection, healing, and knowledge. Realness salutes citizens of the Enchanted Realms across archetypes such as forest scholars, arcane engineers, shadowy protectors, sea sirens, harvest witches, sorcerers, elemental channelers, and beast tamers, with prop guidance noted for safety. Bizarre grants a $500 grand prize for transforming into a fantastic creature and asks for a standard‑size inspiration photo. Sex Siren celebrates mesmerizing hybrid beings that fuse human allure with mythical traits, with full productions encouraged but not required. Face, titled The Fairest of Them All, calls for white and sky blue with pearlescent accents, plus a conceal then reveal moment. Old Way vs New Way reimagines the Royal Jester, requiring a jester hat and jester shoes, with red and white for Old Way and green and yellow for New Way. Commentator vs Commentator spotlights the Voices of the Realms in all white with metallic silver and incorporates the word MAGIC.
