Settle into a full moon meditation shaped by the resonant tones of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments alongside the nine Solfeggio frequencies. The experience offers quiet space to clear the mind and open the heart and spirit to healing, cleansing, and the light of the divine. The full moon is presented as a time of heightened intuition and fresh energy, a chance to recharge, reconnect with personal vision, refine intentions, pause, and reflect on progress in the present moment. The Solfeggio frequencies are traced to ancient Gregorian chants sung by monks for healing and spiritual growth. Each tone carries a distinct quality that can support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, ranging from soothing tension and encouraging cellular renewal to releasing guilt and fear, easing change and sparking creativity, nurturing harmony and DNA repair, strengthening connection and communication, promoting purification and clarity, awakening intuition and inner strength, and inviting higher consciousness and a sense of the divine. The highest tone, 963 Hz, is often linked to the pineal gland, sometimes described as the third eye. This sound healing takes place in a yoga studio. Attendees are encouraged to arrive with an open mind, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water for comfort. The cost is $25, and due to limited space there are no refunds.

Boardwalk BowlDeft Resilience Series | Orlando Space Coast Summit
The Deft Resilience Series comes to Orlando for a full-day summit shaped around conversations and connections that push the industry forward. This gathering is built unlike a traditional conference. Instead of passive sessions and perfunctory speeches, it centers on expert panels that challenge assumptions, purposeful peer networking that goes beyond exchanging cards, a setting chosen to influence the quality of dialogue, and a closing cocktail hour that encourages relationships with staying power. Environment is treated as a catalyst for insight. The Celeste Hotel, a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property in Orlando, was selected for its design-first sensibility, intentional atmosphere, and attention to detail. Set along the edge of the UCF Research Park corridor, the venue anchors a growing district where innovation, industry, and purpose meet, mirroring the spirit of the community gathered here. The audience is intentionally cross-sector, bringing together decision-makers, hands-on practitioners, and forward thinkers who share a belief that resilience is built, not merely reactive. Every seat is earned, so the caliber of conversation is set accordingly. Programming is built for practitioners. Panels emphasize depth over breadth, led by voices with real-world experience, practical frameworks, concrete case studies, and candid debate. Networking is structured to spark introductions that matter. A seated lunch provides a considered mid-day reset and the kind of table conversation that rarely happens in a buffet line. The day concludes with a cocktail hour, often the moment when the most valuable exchanges begin.

Lukas Nursery & Butterfly EncounterNewborn Feeding Foundations: Breastfeeding in the First Month
This hands-on breastfeeding class focuses on the first month with your newborn, helping you sort out typical challenges from issues that need prompt attention. Instruction comes from two perspectives. Dr. Irissa Rosario, MD, a board-certified pediatrician with 15 years of experience supporting newborns and families, teams up with Giovana Rorato, IBCLC and owner of Lactation Station, to blend medical guidance with practical lactation know-how. Expect clear guidance on feeding patterns like frequent feeds and cluster feeding, how an effective latch should feel, early weight changes, what diapers can tell you each day, and how milk production gets established. You will also learn the signs that indicate a latch needs adjustment, when nipple pain signals a problem, how to spot poor milk transfer, and red flags for dehydration or jaundice that should not be ignored. The class explains whom to contact and how quickly, how to distinguish a lactation concern from a medical one, and ways to speak up for yourself when something does not seem right. Participants practice holding and positioning, get hands-on time with different breast pumps, and review which breastfeeding tools are truly useful, so you can identify what fits your needs. The session encourages questions throughout, offers snacks and tea, and aims to leave you prepared for the early weeks with knowledge of what to expect and what to watch for.

SIB Hammer 5- Game Hdcp Sweeper
SIB Hammer 5-Game Hdcp Sweeper offers five games of competitive bowling where total pinfall determines who cashes. Bowlers shift one pair to the right after every game, and the field is limited to 66 entries. The entry fee is $65, payouts are at a one-in-four ratio, and handicap is calculated at 70 percent of 230. Lane conditions will be announced. Average rules are as follows. Handicap is based on the highest current Bowl.com average with at least 21 games for the 2025–2026 season. If that is not available, the highest 2024–2025 yearbook average with at least 21 games will be used, and if needed the search goes back up to three prior years. If no eligible average is found, the bowler competes scratch. If a player’s current average is 10 pins or more different from the previous season, a composite average may be applied. The tournament director may re-rate any bowler. The minimum entering average is 110. After six events, a tournament average is established and a re-rate may occur. If an entry is paid and the bowler does not compete, the fee is forfeited. Youth bowlers are welcome and SMART accounts are available. Side action includes $5 handicap brackets and $5 senior brackets for ages 50 and up, offered in two sets that cover games 1 through 3 and 3 through 5. A $20 high game option is available. ConduitWhat Every Parent Should Know About Bottle Feeding
At Lactation Station Florida, this hands-on class offers practical support for anyone exclusively bottle feeding, pumping, combining approaches, or preparing ahead, with clear techniques that make a difference. The session is organized into two parts. The first focuses on choosing formula, explaining the main types and what truly sets them apart, how to read labels and look past marketing, when cow’s milk based, specialized, or gentle options may or may not be a fit, and the signs that suggest trying something different and when to discuss it with a pediatrician. The second part builds confidence with bottle feeding skills, including how to select bottles and nipples and understand flow rate, the purpose of paced feeding and how it protects babies, recognizing hunger and fullness cues, positioning for calm feeds, how much and how often to offer, ways to avoid overfeeding, safe preparation and storage for both formula and expressed milk, approaches to combo feeding, what is known about nipple confusion, and ideas to try if a baby refuses the bottle. Guidance comes from two perspectives. Dr. Irissa Rosario, MD, a board-certified pediatrician with fifteen years of experience caring for newborns and their families, teams up with Giovana Rorato, IBCLC and owner of Lactation Station, who brings deep, hands-on lactation expertise, so families hear both the medical and lactation sides in one place. Participants compare real formula options, handle different bottles and nipples, and practice paced feeding, leaving with a clear plan that fits their baby and daily life. There is time for questions, and snacks and tea are provided. Expecting parents, those returning to work, and anyone already navigating feeding are welcome.
