This free, casual chess gathering takes place in the Oviedo Mall food court. People of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate in relaxed, friendly games.

Harvest of Hope, a ministry of Sanlando United Methodist Church, provides non-perishable groceries for anyone seeking assistance. The pantry can be accessed in the church lobby across from the forest parking lot. Please check in upon arrival to receive help. For safety and to keep school traffic flowing, do not line up before opening. A numbered entry process is used; when your number is called, have a seat and wait until you are invited to the service window. If you need assistance or have questions, speak only with Harvest of Hope volunteers. Restrooms are not available, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

This event has no entry fee, and it is run by the participants themselves. It offers a casual, attendee-led experience where everyone helps coordinate the flow of activities.

Pickleball at Gateway offers two back-to-back sessions and a welcoming setting for all skill levels. Beginners can learn the basics with friendly instruction, and paddles and balls are provided. The initial visit is free, then each session costs $5.

Hobby Night at Layton Gaming offers free admission. The event features raffles and a variety of sales on Dungeons & Dragons, Gunpla, Warhammer, and board game items.
