The Dawson Community Food Bank & Thrift is organizing the inaugural Outrun Hunger 5K, a charity run and walk at Yahoola Creek Park in Dahlonega. Awards will be presented to overall winners as well as the top three in each standard 5-year age group from 10 and under through 80 plus. Every entry helps address food insecurity in North Georgia.
