This practice at Moanalua Dog Park focuses on the historical Art of Fiore dei Liberi as presented in his manuscripts, with primary attention on the sword in two hands. Training also includes work with the dagger, sword in one hand, spear, and poleaxe. The session moves in three stages, beginning with fundamentals and lessons, continuing with entry drills and dedicated study, and concluding with sparring. Protective equipment is provided. New participants are required to sign a waiver before learning to spar. The group can be found by the restrooms near the basketball courts.

Guided by environmental educators, each day nurtures curiosity, encourages caring for the land, and helps children build a deeper connection to Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty through hands-on exploration. Activities include guided hikes, fishing, bug investigations, nature-inspired crafts, and field trips to local tide pools and wetlands. Campers learn about native plants and island ecosystems, practice mālama ʻāina, and grow confidence while forming new friendships in a safe, supportive setting. He has collaborated with artists such as Celine Dion, Stevie Nicks, and Barry Manilow, pairing a charismatic stage presence with versatile musicianship. Beyond the stage, his syndicated radio show and annual jazz cruises have broadened his connection with audiences worldwide. Seating is communal and available on a first come, first served basis. A full bar and complete dinner menu are offered, and there is a $20 minimum purchase per guest for food or beverages.
