An eight-week seminar offers compassionate support for adults mourning the death of a loved one. Supported by Heritage Home Health & Hospice, this series guides participants in recognizing common grief responses, understanding their place in the healing journey, reflecting on how prior losses may shape current feelings, exploring spiritual concerns, strengthening coping skills, and setting a hopeful direction for what comes next. Sessions are led by Steven McKee, LCSW, and Mandy Johnston, LSW. There is no cost to attend, advance registration is required, and a light dinner is included.
