Set inside the Mountain View Event Center in Pocatello, Idaho, this rock, mineral, gem, and crystal show pairs shopping with discovery. The marketplace features vendors with minerals, gemstones, crystals, fossils, jewelry, cabochons, lapidary art, and a variety of geological finds. Families can visit a dedicated area for kids with hands-on activities that spark curiosity about earth science. Interactive learning opportunities are suited to every experience level, from longtime collectors to newcomers. Admission and parking are free. The event is hosted by Adrienne McElwain, the Crystal Barista.

The Harvest Lantern Festival returns to Pocatello for its fourth consecutive year, presented by Randy’s Tumbling. Look forward to an evening with lantern kits available for purchase, along with food vendors, vendor booths, games, a live DJ, and more. Bri from Beauty from Death leads a hands-on class focused on pinning butterflies and beetles. Each package is $50, with optional upgrades for an additional charge that include sunset moths, giant beetles, and giant scorpions. The class is capped at 18 participants, and both kits and add-on specimens are limited, so early sign-up provides the best selection. Registration is open through the Google doc listed under tickets, and a spot is confirmed after the form is completed and payment is made for the chosen package and any add-ons. Participants can choose from three package types: a butterfly-only option to pin five butterflies with five kits available, a beetle-only option to pin four beetles with five kits available, or a mixed package to pin three butterflies and two beetles with eight kits available. Kits feature small to medium specimens in a variety of species. Add-on quantities are limited to 10 sunset moths, 5 giant beetles, and 7 giant scorpions.

Experience a full moon sound bath centered on reflection, release, and renewal. This session blends sound-based meditation with elements of music theory, sacred geometry, tradition, and integration. Guided by Nicole Celeste Packer, an experienced sound facilitator and the creator of Yoga Wellness Connection, the soundscape unfolds through instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, drums, harmonium, vocals, and more. Participants begin by setting a personal intention, then enjoy a themed herbal tea before settling into a meditative journey. Immersive vibrations encourage deep relaxation in a calm setting, and time is provided afterward to connect, share, and integrate within a supportive community. The experience is designed to leave attendees feeling refreshed and revitalized. Pricing is $20 for YWC members, $25 for non-members, and $30 on the day of the event. Registration is available through the Yoga Wellness Connection app or website. YWC events are non-refundable, but transfers to another guest are accepted with advance notice.
