International Cuisine is a culinary program for ages 21 and up where you’ll explore the cuisines of three countries (which will be determined). Alcohol will be served, and the sessions include kitchen rules like no open-toe shoes. Classes are held at the Richland Culinary Arts Institute in the Shilling Community Education Center, in Parking Lot A, Room SC23 unless otherwise noted.

Get ready for a high-energy week of hockey training in Decatur, with sessions that switch between warmups, on-ice skills, lunch and video analysis, a fun game, and off-ice workout and shooting time. Camp runs daily from the morning through the early afternoon, with multiple on-ice sessions at the Civic Center and additional warmups at the Blaze Locker Room. It’s open to forwards, defensemen, and goalies, and is designed to help players improve their skills, speed, and overall strength.

Culinary Boot Camp for ages 14 to 16 is a short cooking-focused program that teaches advanced techniques and knife skills. Students will receive a chef coat. The classes are held in the Shilling Community Education Center, Room SC23, and there are reminders about sharing any known food allergies, signing a liability waiver, and not wearing open-toe shoes in the kitchen.
