A relaxed cars and coffee meet features car enthusiasts bringing their vehicles, enjoying coffee, and talking about their rides. The gathering supports the charity Yoga For Cats. A rain date is planned.

Mercy Market is a weekly community farmers market celebrating local growers, makers, and creators. Come for locally sourced meats, fresh produce, baked goods, drinks, handmade art, and live music. There are also kid-friendly activities throughout the season, including monthly bounce houses. The event features a LINK booth where you can use your LINK card to receive tokens for purchases, with dollar-for-dollar matching coupons toward fresh produce.

Participants will gather at Dairy Queen in Mt. Zion, then head together toward 36 Saloon in Rockville, Indiana. A pit stop is planned at Road Hawg’s Tavern in Montezuma, Indiana along the way.

Learn the basics of basket weaving with “Country Catch All,” a hands-on workshop where you’ll lay out a woven base, tuck filler spokes using the chicken feet technique, and practice additional methods like start/stop weaving, a flat locking row, a sea grass rim, and an overlay. You’ll finish by creating a practical basket with an accent color of walnut, plus two decorative buttons on the front. Suitable for ages 18 to 100.

Pinfall Wrestling presents Summer Slam-TA at the Decatur Elks Club, a Christmas fundraiser benefiting Macon County children. Decatur Elks member Jason Allen, competing for The Empire, faces The Seeker Nakoa, who is one half of the PWA tag team champions, with implications for a future tag title opportunity. Also representing The Empire, Jaxson Pride clashes with a familiar rival, the Madd Hatta, who is known for embracing the holiday season. "The Aerial Attraction" Keevon Moore makes his Pinfall Wrestling debut against the hard hitting Mason Greyskull. In tag team action, the Thoroughbreds return as The Natural Atlas Armstrong and Talon Graves take on Highlight City’s duo of The Golden Child Eli Love and The Wild Child Waan Lee. Tickets are $12 when purchased at the door or in advance at the Elks Lodge, and online sales include additional service fees. This fundraiser supports Macon County so children can have a Merry Christmas.
