This free community open house features galleries to explore, visits to artist studios with opportunities to interact with the artists, and related programming. A performance by Devin C. Williams takes place in the Preston Jackson Gallery on the second floor. PJ Kids artist talks take place in the third floor classroom. The 1st Friday series complements the exhibitions with conversations, demonstrations, and featured performances, creating a welcoming celebration of art and creativity.

River City Soulfest brings live music to the Peoria Riverfront with performances from Lisa Knowles-Smith and the Brown Singers alongside Arthur Sutton and the Gift of Praise. The program is hosted by Janet Harris-Sutton. Admission starts at $20.
