    Sunday's Start Sacred

    Synchronicity, 6721 W 111th St, Worth · verified Sep 18
    See details

Begin the day by letting quiet lead the way. Sundays Start Sacred is a community-backed meditation gathering that welcomes everyone, offered both in person and online. Contributions can be made during registration to help sustain the experience. This time is shaped as a gentle ritual rather than a typical class. In under half an hour, it invites a reset that replaces stress with stillness and turns isolation into connection. Newcomers and seasoned meditators alike receive clear, caring guidance, so there is no need to navigate the practice alone. It is especially supportive for anyone seeking a calm start before the week begins, those feeling mentally scattered or emotionally full, and people interested in building a consistent ritual instead of a one-off session. Participants often leave with steadier calm, a sense of connection with others and with themselves, and a grounded feeling of the sacred that does not require any specific spiritual outlook. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A chair will be available if lying on the floor is not preferred.
