This outdoor workout on the Green at Block 59 is led by Beyond Measure Fitness Training and is part of a complimentary community series. Each week features a different class style taught by certified instructors from local Naperville studios in the fresh air. Beyond Measure Fitness focuses on helping adults 40 and up build practical strength, regain confidence, and feel comfortable in their bodies through expert coaching and a supportive community. Please bring a mat and a water bottle, along with anything else you need to stay comfortable during class. An RSVP is required to attend.

Experience a women-centered morning of movement, connection, and relaxation at Hidden Lake Forest Preserve. The gathering begins with a friendly group walk around the water, then transitions into a guided outdoor sound bath led by Marilyn, founder of Star Sound Bath. Crystal singing bowls create soothing vibrations that support rest, recharge, and presence, making it welcoming for first-timers and returning participants alike. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. All fitness levels are welcome, and attending solo is completely supported. Take part in the walk, the sound bath, or come to connect with others in a mindful setting.

Chicago Auto Club West hosts a monthly Cars & Coffee gathering at Sim Racing Naperville that brings car culture and conversation together. A broad mix of vehicles is typical, from supercars and exotics to classics, muscle, imports, custom builds, and daily drivers. Inside, guests can try advanced racing simulators that deliver a track-like feel while the lot outside fills with real cars. The focus is on friendly connections in the local car community, coffee and conversations, and support from local businesses. Whether displaying a vehicle or simply taking in the atmosphere, enthusiasts of all kinds are welcome.

Open play at Ultimate Ninjas Academy invites children ages 3 to 9 to explore larger challenges designed for their age, with support available from an adult or a coach. Kids can test their skills on monkey bars, trapeze bars, a rock wall, a warped wall, and other TV-inspired obstacles that are sized for younger participants. Enjoy live music at McDonald Farm as part of the Music on the Farm Summer Music series. This free, family-friendly gathering invites attendees to bring a lawn chair, pack a few drinks, and relax with pastoral views while The Milkman’s Kid performs. Food will be available from Good Omen Gyoza, with cool treats from Sno Problems. If the forecast or conditions make the event unsafe or unpleasant, it will be canceled. Lightning or thunder will also end the event and attendees will be sent home.
