Adult Sewing Basics
Build foundational sewing skills in an adult-focused class at Broad Ripple Park - Indy Parks and Recreation. The session introduces how to make your own clothing, moving from cutting fabric to completed construction, beginning with a walkthrough of the sewing machine. Sewing machines are available on site, and you can also bring your own. Each class stands on its own as a basics-focused introduction. After the initial machine overview, you are welcome to bring a personal project to work on.

Merciful HELP Center’s Choice Food Pantry offers curbside service for Hamilton County residents and for those living in ZIP codes 46240 and 46260. On arrival, guests complete a short form, provide a photo ID and a utility bill, then remain in their cars while groceries are placed in the vehicle. Available items include food, fresh produce, frozen meat, and cleaning supplies. Hamilton County residents may receive grocery assistance every 14 days with proof of residency, defined as a photo ID and either a lease or an electric, gas, water, or cable bill. Service takes place at the Merciful H.E.L.P. Center.

🛡️ Gundam Card Game – Weekly Tournament
This weekly Gundam Card Game tournament at Next Level Games features 1v1 constructed play with Swiss pairings in a best-of-one format, and the number of rounds depends on attendance. Entry is $10. Each participant receives at least one booster pack and, while supplies last, a promo pack. Remaining booster packs are awarded to the top three finishers, with first place earning 60 percent, second 25 percent, and third 15 percent. It offers a consistent space to test decks and connect with the Gundam community in Carmel.
