Registrations are generally final, with no refunds or date transfers except in limited cases. You may transfer your spot to another person if the request comes from the same email used for the original registration and is received at least 48 hours before the start. If the instructor cancels due to weather, low registration, or illness, participants may move to another Explore Monroe trip on a different date or receive a full refund. Light rain typically does not stop the outing, but expected moderate to heavy rain, high winds, or thunder and lightning will result in cancellation. Any weather cancellation decision will be made at least a couple of hours before the scheduled start and shared with registrants by email. The trip may also be canceled for low registration if fewer than three people are signed up by the deadline, with notifications sent within a day of registration closing.
