Take part in a hands-on volunteer workday with the Invasive Strike Force Team at Southeastway Park, focused on removing woody invasive plants. The Shepherd’s Gate Food Pantry offers a drive-thru distribution at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church and School in Westfield, IN. Operated by volunteers as a basic needs outreach in partnership with the parish HELP Committee, the pantry serves residents of Hamilton County. Guests are asked to bring proof of Hamilton County residency and may receive assistance once per month. Along with food, a limited selection of baby items may be available. Cribs and mattresses are provided only through referrals from agencies such as Good Samaritan, Birthright, Healthy Families, and County Trustees. The ministry follows the spirit of Matthew 25:36, encouraging care for those who are hungry, thirsty, and seeking welcome.

The Choice Food Pantry at the Grace Care Center offers a welcoming, grocery-style experience where guests select food items with help from a personal shopper. It is the first step to receiving support through the Care Center, and visiting weekly helps the team learn about your household and connect you with additional programs and services. The pantry serves anyone who lives or works in Hamilton County, as well as residents of the northern part of Marion County north of 56th Street. Nothing is required on the first visit, so there is no need to bring identification or other documents. Upon arrival on the Grace Church campus, follow the entry drive to the large parking area on the north side and enter through the Care Center entrance. Check in at the waiting room, shop with a personal shopper, then pull your car around so volunteers can load your groceries. Reservations are recommended but not required, and guests may use the Care Center once per week.
