The event is also part of the Triple Crown Triathlon Series, which offers a single registration covering the Optimist Triathlon in Winona Lake, the Wawasee Triathlon in Syracuse, and Rock the Quarry in Goshen.

Donations of shelf-stable, unexpired foods are welcome, with frequent needs including boxed hamburger or tuna helper, canned tuna, dry beans, bagged rice, pork and beans, stuffing mix, spaghetti, other pasta or egg noodles, adult cereals, corn, soups, and assorted vegetables. Items can be placed on the shelves in the West Wing of West Goshen Church. Monetary gifts are also accepted by check made payable to Salvation Army-Goshen, clearly marked for the food pantry, and placed in the offering plate during Worship Service.
