Rock N Ride for Hope 2026 - A Ride. A Rally. A Reason

Rock N Ride for Hope 2026 is a fundraising gathering at Carmel VFW Post 10003 supporting Building a Refuge and raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Centered on purpose, connection, and community, it turns a ride into a movement that encourages open conversation about challenges that often go unspoken, including those frequently experienced by men. The day features registration with breakfast, a community ride, and, afterward, food and live music along with opportunities to talk, learn, and connect around the cause. The focus is on breaking stigma, creating safe spaces for honest dialogue, educating the community about support and connection, and encouraging people to speak up and support one another. Building a Refuge seeks to meet people where they are, without judgment or pressure, offering real support through life’s challenges, and this event helps extend that mission by expanding outreach and resources.

Westfield Haunted Union Street Ghost Walk

Explore Westfield’s past on an outdoor ghost walk centered on Union Street, the city’s main north to south corridor that once carried US 31. The route features locations linked to tragic histories and reported paranormal activity, including buildings undergoing renovation or even relocation, changes often associated with increased disturbances. The walk also includes a visit to a historic burial ground whose marker has been damaged, removed, returned, and neglected over the years. Hear about the oldest high school building in Indiana that is still used for education and what is said to linger behind its brick walls. Reservations are required. No physical tickets are issued, and names are added to a list. This is an outside ghost walk, not an investigation, and a stop at a historic cemetery is included. After a reservation is made, detailed instructions for the meeting location are sent by email.

Merciful Help Center Food Pantry

The Merciful HELP Center Choice Food Pantry provides curbside service for Hamilton County residents and for those living in ZIP codes 46240 and 46260. Visitors complete a brief form, present photo identification with a utility bill, remain in their vehicles, open the trunk, and receive groceries that can include fresh produce, frozen meats, and cleaning supplies. Ongoing grocery assistance is available every 14 days for Hamilton County residents who show proof of residency, which requires a photo ID along with a lease or an electric, gas, water, or cable bill. The pantry emphasizes healthy options, offering fruits and vegetables and up to four meat choices when available, and works to support special diets such as allergen free, low sodium, keto, vegan, and often gluten free through rescued foods, with an aim to help families cook wholesome meals. A dedicated hygiene section supplies items not covered by food stamps, including laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, razors, feminine hygiene products, bar soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies. Families with children may also request a washer and dryer through a program that requires paperwork verification and includes delivery, along with budgeting classes that explain how at home utility costs compare with laundromat expenses; to start a request, mention the need at pantry check in so the receptionist can complete a Blue Card. Underwear and socks for children ages 2 to 21 are available through the Tools for School program.

Perfume & Pjs

An immersive summer evening devoted to fragrance discovery, elevated lounge style, and intentional connection unfolds at Industrious Carmel City Center in Carmel City Center, IN. The theme leans into scents that evoke golden hour on skin, from amber warmth and creamy coconut to neroli with citrus zest, tropical florals, vanilla orchid, sun warmed greenery, golden musk, and soft sandalwood, along with skinlike notes that linger after sunset. Attendees can bring a favorite summer perfume, the bottle on constant rotation, something that makes you feel luxurious, soft, radiant, or unforgettable, and optional samples or decants to share. A signature swap table invites guests to trade a fragrance that was not quite the right fit and discover a new love. No matter your profile, whether fresh and citrusy, creamy and tropical, floral and feminine, woody and sultry, or warm and close to skin, the focus is scent as memory, mood, confidence, and conversation. Come solo to meet other women or arrive with your friend group for a polished night out filled with beautiful energy and thoughtful dialogue. The suggested attire is Summer Elevated Chic, with silk pajama sets, luxe loungewear, warm metallics, sunset shades, tropical prints, refined accessories, and effortless confidence. The experience features signature cocktails, curated small bites, guided sharing moments around scent, music and a social hour, photo worthy moments, and a warm, luxe atmosphere inspired by tropical golden hour.
